Hello

Like you, we’ve searched and needed a book like this one, because when things get tough we can all use some help.
If you’re reading this to support someone else or yourself, you’re in luck! Because we have tried to design it for everyone!
This book provides helpful information about asking for help and seeking support.
You may already know a lot of this information, but hopefully once you reach the end of the book, there will be something you will know more about.
Caring for yourself and family can at times be tough and sometimes reaching out for help is even tougher. This book supports you to ask for help.
